60-month warranty (read the warranty terms and conditions)

/in case of purchasing an oven at customer’s choice of the entire product range of Leks Group AD./

36-month warranty (read the warranty terms and conditions)

/in case of purchasing household appliances of the entire product range of Leks Group AD./

24-month warranty (read the warranty terms and conditions)

/in case of purchasing stainless steel and composite sinks and mixer taps of the entire product range of Leks Group AD./

 

LEKS GROUP company gives you guarantee for quality of the purchased by you product accordingly to the customers’ lows in Bulgaria, all binding standards and accordingly to the guarantee conditions in this card. This guarantee is an addition and does not limit the customer’s rights accordingly to the Bulgarian, Serbian and Macedonian legislation.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS:

1. This guarantee is valid only if the guarantee card is filled totally and readable at the moment of buying the product contains the sign and the stamp of the salesman and the sign of the customer.
ATTENTION! Counterfeited, incorrectly and not fully filled guarantee cards are not valid.
2. This guarantee does not refer to:
2.1. Plastic and glass parts, placing over the outside the appliance, electrical lamps, outside connecting cables and other attachments and accessories.
2.2. Cosmetic damages over the outside the appliance on the corpus, as for the normal wearing out of the mechanic components which are submitted to wearing out in the process of normal (written in the manual) work.
3. In case of repairing:
3.1. The guarantee period does not run while the appliance is in the service.
3.2. The importer and the service cannot be responsible for missing benefits and following losses as a result of the defect of the product or the stay in the service.
3.3. In case there is need to be changed spare parts or other details during the repairing, the defective parts became property of the service for ccountancy.
4. Free guarantee servicing can be refusing in the following cases:
4.1. When are not observing the safety instructions, installing and exploitation indicated in the manual of the product.
4.2. When there is discrepancy between the data in the documents and the product or when the label with the serial number has been removed or changed in any way.
4.3. When it is made an experiment to be removed the problem by the customer or other not authorized persons.
4.4. When the appliance is used for commercial targets (different from “home usage”), for example professional targets, renting, usage in the catering establishment and other similar.
4.5. When the defect is a result of concussion, hitting, mechanic or electrical overloads received from careless attitude during transport or nature disasters (thunders, floods and others), at electricity shock or damage in the supplying net or other reasons out of the control of the importer / service or force majeure circumstances. Normally these risks are taken from the relevant insurance.

LEKS GROUP does not take responsibility for the cosmetic damages over the outside the corpus, broken plastic or glass parts on the outsides the appliance in case it is not made a check at the moment of purchasing.
